2024 13th International Conference on Computing and Pattern Recognition (ICCPR
2024)
was held in a hybrid mode of online and onsite at Tiangong University
during October 25th to 27th, 2024. ICCPR 2024 is sponsored by Tiangong
University, endorsed by the International Association of Pattern Recognition
(IAPR), and supported by Beijing University of Technology, East China Normal
University, Shanghai University, Shenzhen University, Xiamen University of
Technology, and Wayne State University.
On Oct. 28, Prof. Yue Li, the Vice President of
Tiangong University, China delivered the Welcome
Address and the General Chair-Prof. Zhitao Xiao, the
Dean of School of Life Science Tiangong University,
China delivered the Opening Remarks. They extended
warm welcome to all participants.

University of Technology, China, Prof. Yangli Jia
from Liaocheng University, China, Assoc. Prof. Bo
Ren from Nankai University, China, Assoc. Prof. Fan
Qi from Tianjin University of Technology, China,
Asst. Prof. Pascal Lefèvre from Xi'an
Jiaotong-Liverpool University, China, Assoc. Prof.
Yang Gao from Beijing Institute of Technology, China
delivered invited speeches.
Six oral sessions were
successfully held under the joint efforts of session
chairs and all presenters. They are broadly grouped
in topics on "Computer Models and Intelligent
Computing", "Innovations in Video, Image Processing,
and Recognition Technologies", "Advances in
Verification Technologies and Cross-lingual
Analysis", "Intelligent Image Analysis and
Processing Technology", "Advanced Machine Learning
and Deep Learning Applications in Diverse Domains",
"Innovative Applications of Deep Learning and Image
Processing Techniques". Besides, the poster sessions
"Advances in Intelligent Recognition and Detection
Algorithms" and "Medical Imaging, Semantic Analysis,
and Federated Learning Innovations" were also
successfully held. Experts and scholars from
different countries and regions shared and reported
their research results. Finally, six Best Oral
Presentations were selected by Session Chairs.
